The day allowed you space to think and appreciate yourself. We also had bare foot walks and Hot/cold tubs and the day just ran at perfect pace. Met lovely people and would recommend for stress relieve and recharge. Will be on the next one.

  • I can highly recommend attending Gudiya’s ‘Just Be’ Wellness Retreats. I joined the one day retreat for an incredible insight into the tools of what constitutes Wellbeing. Expertly guided by the erudite Gudiya, it is a seamlessly curated day of self care coaching, mindfulness, breath work, and connecting with nature. There is balance between thoughtful indoor and invigorating outdoor activity. Gudiya is that rare type of expert who is able to teach and share knowledge effortlessly. She has spent years studying Wellness and Nutrition and has an expansive portfolio of accreditations. ‘Just Be’ is for all of us who want to stop for a minute to reflect, regenerate and grow. I can’t wait for the longer retreat in 2025!
