Held in carefully chosen venues across the UK and beyond, each retreat offers a unique focus but all are rooted in nature, nourishment, and meaningful connection.

Our retreats are led by our wellness expert, Gudiya Patel. Her approach creates a safe and supportive space for transformation. Drawing on a range of holistic practices, Gudiya gently guides guests through experiences that encourage rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Each retreat includes activities such as sound baths, guided meditations, grounding exercises, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, and interactive workshops. These are complemented by chef-prepared meals designed to support your wellbeing from the inside out.

Integrative Wellness Expert, Clinical Nutritionist and Transformational Coach

Gudiya came to this work the long way around. Law before nutrition. Harley Street by day, retreats by weekend. A clinical training built on a naturopathic lineage her father began in 1985.

Fifteen years in, she teaches the same thing: rest is a skill, and you can learn it. She leads every Just Be retreat personally.
