She holds a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition, a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, a Certificate in Mindfulness, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Wellness. Her academic foundation also includes an LLB in Criminal Law, demonstrating her diverse expertise and analytical approach to well-being.

As the Founder of Just Be… and Managing Director of PHI Clinic, a multi-award-winning aesthetic and wellness clinic on Harley Street, Gudiya has been at the forefront of integrative health and beauty. Gudiya’s approach to wellness is deeply rooted in both science and tradition. Inspired by her father’s naturopathic studies in 1985, she has devoted her career to bridging evidence-based nutrition with Ayurvedic and holistic healing practices.

She specialises in designing personalised wellness programs that address the unique physical, emotional, and mental well-being of her clients. Beyond her clinical and entrepreneurial work, Gudiya is the driving force behind PHI-lanthropy, the charitable initiative of PHI Clinic, which supports global causes and advocates for accessible wellness solutions.
