From serene countryside settings to going back to basics in beautiful coastal escapes, every location is designed to help you fully switch off, feel comfortable, and immerse yourself in the retreat.

We offer a choice of private and shared accommodation, with each space thoughtfully styled to complement the calm, restorative environment.

A key part of the experience is our food. Every retreat is supported by a dedicated chef who prepares all meals on-site, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Menus are carefully curated with nutrition, balance, and wellbeing in mind ensuring that what you eat supports how you feel throughout your stay.

We cater to a wide range of dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options, without compromising on flavour or quality.

Expert Facilitation

Every retreat is led by our founder and wellness expert, Gudiya Dagur, whose calm, intuitive approach creates a space where guests feel supported, at ease, and able to fully switch off from day-to-day life.

Gudiya is joined by a carefully selected group of experienced practitioners, which has included Jasmin Harsono, resident practitioner at 180 Health Club, and Sunaina Rekhi, Mind-Body Yoga Therapist and Counsellor.

With features in publications such as Get The Gloss, Country Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, and The Times, Gudiya brings both credibility and a grounded, real-world approach to wellness, focusing on practices that are not only meaningful during the retreat, but genuinely helpful in everyday life.

The Itinerary

Whether you’re attending a one-day or three-night retreat, each itinerary is carefully designed with your experience at the heart of it.

During your stay, you’ll be guided through a range of accessible wellness practices including workshops, sound baths, meditation, breathwork, somatic exercises, cacao ceremonies, and evening rituals such as our bonfire gatherings. Each session is there to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space away from the noise of everyday life.

There’s a natural balance between guided activities and time to rest, reflect, or simply enjoy your surroundings. Nothing is forced, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace.

Beyond the retreat itself, we focus on giving you practical tools and techniques you can take home simple ways to manage stress, improve your wellbeing, and stay connected to yourself long after you leave.
