Four-Night Retreat
This retreat brings together the core intentions and signature experiences from our one-day, one-night, and two-night retreats into one transformational experience. Each day focuses on a different theme, allowing for deep integration and meaningful personal shifts.
Grounding & Self-Love
We begin by anchoring the body and mind, creating a safe and nurturing foundation for the days ahead. Through intentional practices using hot and cold elements, you will reconnect with your physical presence, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate deep self-love and inner stability. This day is about arriving fully: in your body, in the moment, and in yourself.
Connection
The second day is dedicated to connection with yourself and with others. This is a tech-free day, inviting you to step away from distractions and fully immerse in the present. Gentle group practices and reflective space are complemented by a long, deeply restorative sound bath, designed to open the heart, quiet the mind, and foster authentic connection on every level.
Letting Go
The final day focuses on release and surrender. Through our signature floating water meditation, you are guided into a state of deep trust and ease, allowing old patterns, emotions, and tensions to gently dissolve. This powerful closing experience supports emotional release, clarity, and a renewed sense of lightness as you prepare to return home.

Recently attend a Just Be retreat day in Cambridge. Hosted by the Founder of Just Be Gudiya Patel. Her calm, authentic approach to self awareness and empowerment made everyone relax. The day allowed you space to think and appreciate yourself. We also had bare foot walks and Hot/cold tubs and the day just ran at perfect pace. Met lovely people and would recommend for stress relieve and recharge. Will be on the next one.

I had such a wonderful time at the Just Be retreat. I've always wanted to go to an event like this but have never made them time. I was so impressed, the location was lovely and day was really well thought out and planned. I especially enjoyed Jasleen's sensory trail in nature - such a stimuli to all of your senses! The day just flew by, I met some really lovely people and I took a lot home from Gudiyas teachings about self care and wellness. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking to escape the stresses of everyday life and recharge their batteries.

I can highly recommend attending Gudiya’s ‘Just Be’ Wellness Retreats. I joined the one day retreat for an incredible insight into the tools of what constitutes Wellbeing. Expertly guided by the erudite Gudiya, it is a seamlessly curated day of self care coaching, mindfulness, breath work, and connecting with nature. There is balance between thoughtful indoor and invigorating outdoor activity. Gudiya is that rare type of expert who is able to teach and share knowledge effortlessly. She has spent years studying Wellness and Nutrition and has an expansive portfolio of accreditations. ‘Just Be’ is for all of us who want to stop for a minute to reflect, regenerate and grow. I can’t wait for the longer retreat in 2025!
