Mindful Reflection & Release

Through a powerful coaching workshop, you’ll explore what is no longer serving you and begin the process of letting go. These gentle yet transformative practices are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and aligned.

Deep Rest & Sound Healing

As the day softens into evening, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing your nervous system to unwind completely. After dinner, gather around a glowing bonfire for a nourishing cacao ceremony, creating space for connection, warmth, and reflection.

Nature & Stillness

The day allowed you space to think and appreciate yourself. We also had bare foot walks and Hot/cold tubs and the day just ran at perfect pace.
