Ease into the day with an energising mat Pilates session led by an expert trainer

Enjoy fresh cold-pressed juices, protein-rich snacks and chef-crafted, nutrition-led wellness lunch.
Every culinary element has been thoughtfully curated in-house.
REFLECT
Led by Gudiya, this immersive workshop experience combines guided reflection and practical wellbeing tools. The talk themes will range from nutrition, self love and regulating the nervous system.
RECHARGE
Ease into the afternoon sound bath experience with adaptogenic coffees and functional refreshments followed by a guided meditation.
