LIVING & DINING

Flooded with natural light, the interior is impeccably decorated. Beautiful pieces of art sit alongside warm earthy tones, met with splashes of vibrant, bright colour throughout. Large comfortable sofas surrounding open fireplaces, sit beside stunning antique furniture and the kitchen’s country-style charm is complemented with the high-spec facilities of a modern one.

Ideal for entertaining, The House has an array of dining spaces for you and your guests to enjoy. Inside, the large open-plan kitchen and can seat up to 14 people, with an additional eight in the dining room. While outside - on the elevated terrace with stunning uninterrupted views of the South Downs – the tables can accommodate 40 guests or more by prior arrangement. The Drawing room can also be set up for dining by prior arrangement. The kitchen is equipped with three ovens and six hobs and the BBQ provides the option of cooking al fresco.

Guests can even take advantage of foraging fruit from the grounds of the Estate, where apple and plum trees, blackberry bushes and an abundance of herbs flourish. Fresh, delicious local farm produce is also available nearby, as well as refreshing quenchers from the neighbouring Wiston Vineyard.

BEDROOMS

The House has six luxurious bedrooms immaculately decorated, with both classic and contemporary furnishings.

On the first floor, there are four large bedrooms with unrivalled views of the South Downs, en-suite showers and WCs, and one twin room with a double aspect.

The enviable rooftop bedroom suite, includes its own private terrace, living space and en-suite shower and WC.

Every room is flooded with natural light, streaming through double and triple-aspect windows providing breathtaking views of sweeping countryside. There is an option for an additional four beds for children, and ample room for cots. A generous shared bathroom is fitted with an opulent free-standing roll top bath.

FACILITIES

The grounds, shared with the Cottage and Barn, offer an endless scope of recreational opportunities and activities. For those wishing to stay active there’s tennis, football, cricket and croquet as well as a picturesque fishing lake suitable for open water swimming, a zip-wire and a basketball net.  For those who prefer to simply kick back and unwind, there’s the opportunity to laze on the garden swing, hide away in the treehouse or lounge in a hammock, taking in the serenity. In the games room, you’ll find a snooker table, table football, plenty of books, board games, puzzles and toys to enjoy. 

Beneath the house, the Estate boasts a stunning 14-metre infinity indoor heated pool, fitted with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and offering stunning panoramic views of sweeping countryside and the South Downs.  Relax and unwind in the spacious jacuzzi or revitalise in the sauna.  Honeybridge Estate offers you an idyllic spa-like experience and a true sense of escapism.  For a premium, House guests can arrange for exclusive use of the indoor spa facilities for the duration of their stay.
